Intel turbo boost question

Just a quick question, do H97 motherboards support turbo boost for locked processors? The cpu I'm planning on using is the I5-4590

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

turbo will work no matter which mobo

 

it only matter when you need to use a K series chip and you want to OC

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
