I have already been to the website, they retailers they have linked are both sold out.

Then the only option is to wait...and hope that it isn't out of production. If it is, don't worry cause they have a new product coming soon that is even better than this :)

I am not talking about the water cooler, I am talking about the software/node for fan controlling. I like how clean the box is an i want a fan controller that can handle a lot but doesn't sit in one of my disk bays. I have a 350d so putting anything in the 5.25 bay totally ruins the look.

Corsair has a new fan controller that is coming soon, it was revealed at CES. It is slimmer and will go behind your motherboard rather than a 5.25" bay. It also controls more fans. Should be here soon :)

I just find it to a effective tool. I don't have a window on my case an it'd be on the bottom tray.

I think I am going to wait though. Thanks for sending this video. Tek Syndicate is awesome and I should have watched this before.

Yeah I really like corsair link too. I'm going to buy this when it comes out. I'm pretty sure they discontinued their other products (lighting and cooling node) since they are no longer on the website.

I currently have a 350d with a h105. my mother board only has two fan ports an cpu spot. So I really need something for all my fans. I have two AF 120's in the front, a AF 120 in the rear, two SP 120's on my rad and my pump

that all need power. -_- right now i have my SP's running on a connector together, my rear on a connector an my pump on the third. any recommendations on what to use to power my fans until the new link?

Well you can use molex to 3 pin adaptes that come with most fans, and put a low noise adapter to make them run slower. If you have money to spend you can buy a manual fan controller for a 5.25" bay from NZXT or some other brand. They aren't that expensive and you can control 4-6 fans.

I think the corsair link system was way overpriced for what it does. More of a corsair enthusiast item, like the dominator platinum LED status indicator that mounts on the airflow pro fans.

I agree with enderman, molex, or a fan controller (for a decent price) or use y splitters.

Set your pump to run at full speed in bios. Get the H105 fans on a y splitter on the onboard header.

I always guarantee that no more than 50% of what I say is useful.

I want to avoid bay type fan controllers. 350d looks awful with stuff in the bays. I am big enough of a corsair fan boy to drop money on something I like from them. I am probably going to go the molex route. another question, i have never gotten a good answer on it but powering the pump is it better on the cpu fan spot or a system fan spot, or does it not matter?

It depends on how you configure the fans. If left to auto, the CPU fan header will spin at a higher RPM if the temperature goes up. So having your rad fans on that will speed them up when the CPU starts heating up. I have read (and agree) that the pump should be placed on a header (usually CPU OPT) that is set to 100% all the time, that way even when the rad fans are going slow, there is still a large amount of liquid being pushed through at all times.

If you're that much of a stickler for noise, set it to 80%. I have a H110 with pump set to 100% and I can't hear anything from the pump. That rule may differ for custom water loop pumps... I guess the manufacturer knows it needs to pump water through mutiple blocks.

I always guarantee that no more than 50% of what I say is useful.
