Take everyones advice - wait a few days / weeks until Haswell and the 700 series come out. You might regret it if you buy everything now and then new stuff comes out right after.

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

Ok, as other people have said, wait for Haswell. Also, that power supply wattage is overkill for your current config.

Was gunna say that, but I figured I'm not one to talk as I bought a 1000w power supply just because I could lol.

Save yourself $90 on the operating system and be a naughty person.

I know, but eventually i'm going to be water cooling that rig and getting dual Gtx 680's in that baby, so I wonna get a head start, and on the bright side I wont be kicking my pushing my power supply to its limit, I like it because its 100% modular thats a big thumbs up for me. It's not one of those where the 24pin is  not modular but everything else is.

Ok, then that power supply is a good idea if you will be upgrading.

Yeah, when it comes to PSUs, Im a pretty big Corsair fanboy, but it really only matters which one you prefer.

Hey wonder what would happen If I post a topic "AMD VS Intel"   lol it would be hilarious watching people go at it and argue about it.

Seasonic also makes great power supplies. For you CPU, I would go with the K version so you will have the ability to overclock your cpu. The thermal paste that comes with your liquid cooler should be good enough. As for your SSD, I would recommend the Samsung 840 SSD because I think there are many issues with Sandforce controllers. Correct me if I am wrong about this and they fixed the issues.

I am also a big corsair fanboy. I love their PSU's, never had an issue. The one time my TX750 started to run warmer than expected, no questions asked they sent me a brand new sealed in box version 2 (I had v1).

Everyone does it on their first build :P

Here's what I'd do: http://gyazo.com/ecab3301c855297cb07348e882383a9d

You can pick your case and accessories as well with the remaining cash.

The Noctua NH-D14 is a large cooler and the colors might not fit your tastes. That's up to you if you want to change it. It is an excellent, effective, and quiet cooler. It is regarded as the king of air coolers and is the reason I got it myself.

Edit: Wait for haswell and the gtx 700's to come out. Even if you're not changing to the newest gear, the older tech will lower in price. You also get to see how the new line ups fare.
