Both of those are pretty good, I personally would get an SSD at pretty much all costs though :P

Because I'm too lazy to make my own check the link in my signature OP and see if you like my suggestion or not :)

is it legit looks abit dodgy that

For me yes, I bought a game off there(steam key) and receving it was quick for me and worked. However they're people that have had issues with the site like keys not working. Also I have seen lots of youtubers and some big twitch streamings getting sponsered/partnered by them. (for example)

However it is your choice to buy from there or not, if not I can post a build for you with keyboard and mouse and os included.

In order for this to work you need a working computer that runs on windows 7 or 8. On that computer you need to download this tool from microsoft. Then from there you type in your product code, and then it will download the iso file(so you can make a bootable usb drive). After it is done downloading you click the "install by using media" option. There will be a option to pick usb flash drive.(obviously make sure it is plugged in) | A alternative way is to click iso file(which will give you an iso file with windows) and make a bootable usb drive using this tool from microsoft.

If you found what I wrote confusing please read this article, it explains on exactly what to do(with pictures). If you do not have a working windows 7 or 8 computer you will not be able to use the key(the tool only will work on windows pc's) Instead you will have to buy the cd copy of windows 8.

Hope this helps. (and sorry for the late reply)
