1) It depends on how lucky you get with your CPU. It varies for everyone, no definite answer until you try it yourself.

2) A high quality motherboard from ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA, or other trusted manufacturer.

3) No it will not bottleneck a 770.

4) Yes the pentium overclocks better but will probably perform worse because it has only a few cores.

What's is the highest that i can overclock an FX-8350 or 6300 with a H80 or H100? Whats a good motherboard for overclocking the cpu? Will the cpu bottleneck a 770? Also is the pentium overclocked better? Also is it an outdated processor?

It is an outdated processor and it will perform poorly in single threaded tasks/games.  If you are willing to get AIO water cooling, might as well get an Intel processor(i5) and add an AIO later.

FX8350 is not outdated, it will perform fine, in every task.

FX 8350 does anything i trow at it, it also plays any game i trow at it smoothly.

FX8350 will not Bottleneck any GPU.

Overclocking you need to be lucky offcourse, But with a decent mobo 4.8/5.0 ghz should be possible.

Decent mobo´s:

  1. Asus crosshair V Formula Z
  2. Asrock 990FX Extreme 9
  3. Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
  4. Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
