Well for starters you can get an AMD FX 6350 for that kind of money. Secondly if you plan on doing any actual gaming, a 7770 isn't much for gaming. Lastly, that Power Supply is overkill, and from that brand that's not a good model.

No point in getting an APU is you're going to use a graphics card anyway..
