Nope. If you have seen ramdisk speeds, they are the same as this if not faster.

Although the speeds seem insanely fast in real life performance won't improve too much at all. All I could tell after enabling it is that the system booted a few seconds quicker and some programs launched quicker. No other performance difference really.

That is because the samsung software detects recently and often used files and puts them to the ramdisk. So the first time you open a file it will not be fast at all. If you open it multiple times then the sofware will see that you access it often, and will more it to the faster disk. Not sure how it does this with the OS since it needs to send all the data to the ramdisk first, but it does offer a little boot time improvement.
