I just ran a FPU Test on AIDA64 on my new PC and im getting these temps while running it for about 5 minutes, but the thing i am just wondering is why Ai Suite 3 and CPUID is giving me different temps for my CPU. I am using the stock intel cooler with a i5 4690k.

AI Suite is notorious for getting temps wrong. It could be that it's reading from core #1, in which case it's not wrong. Not sure if it's just showing you the lowest temp, or just reads from that core automatically.

The difference in temps isn't much of an issue, but you'd need to run it for an hour or so the see what the temps it will actually get up to.

guess ill just use CPUID to monitor my temps and ignore Ai Suite 3 for my temps. I want to run it for an hour or so, but its running at such high temps, because i don't have a aftermarket cooler, so once i do get one ill probably run it for an hour.

right now with the stock cooler it is running at around 55-60c idle according to CPUID and at 100% load it gets to about 90-93c

I'm not sure if CPUID is right either. Try downloading some other temp monitors and see which of temps do match. You shouldn't be getting near 100C temps with stock cooler and what seems to be stock clocks. They should be high but more around 80C.

E: I seem to mistype should when I mean shouldn't...

Perhaps try coretemp and see if it matches CPUID
