So yesterday when I was using my PC my video and audio signal (I use HDMI) cut off randomly. I opened up my case to see that the fans weren't spinning at all. So I unplugged the card and took it out and put it back in and there was still nothing. I'm pretty sure the card is dead at this point I just want to know what anyone else thinks.

And the system runs without the card? With onboard graphics?

try the GPU on another PC

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
