Hello all, I am in search of a new router as my Linksys E3200 has been completely dropping connection/restarting every few hours, sometimes it would happen within 30 minutes of each other.

I have been looking at the ASUS RT-N66U but am not sure if it is the best choice.

In my home there are 10-20 devices constantly running off wireless, 5 or so being laptops and the rest being tablets/phones/etc.. And one desktop on Ethernet.

My house is basement, main floor, and upper floor, with the router being located in the rear mid floor area, the current router has about the right amount of signal strength to reach all the way across the house and still get decent signal, though a more powerful router would be preferred.

I have tried restoring the router to factory settings, and have updated it to the latest firmware, but neither of those have solved the issue, I have the router hanging on a wall with the vent side facing outwards to help increase airflow.

I would prefer the router to stay below $200, have external antennas, and be black or a similar dark color.
