Get bigger monitors. 19.5 is really small. look for a 23-24"

The case is very big and expensive, there are good cases at much lower prices, something like a Corsair SPEC-01 or SPEC-02 or a Fractal Design Core 3000 will allow you to get a better GPU.

Please get at least one 1080p monitor, those small 1600x900 are ugly

So i know nothing about computers them selves but i love PC gaming and i want to build a custom built, here is the parts list i made up. Please tell me what i should add or remove.

streaming and recording do need a lot of CPU power

 

look for the FX 8 core CPU

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

full system with monitor,keyboard and mouse?

 

then you should be looking at the i7 4770K at least or the 4790K
