Cant open control center even after re install 3 times over

So im working on this computer that is running an a8 apu and a 6000 series graphics card that claim to be crossfire compatible, however when crossfire is active it only lets you use the on board graphics and it makes you disable it to have a muli monitor setup, however after updating to windows 8.1 the control center wont open.... so i tryed re installing the video drivers and control center multiple times now and i still cant open it to disable crossfire.... so i checked the Event viewer to see what was happening and i find tons of errors...... however i have no clue what they mean:

most of these happened more than 200 times with a total of 33551 events logged..... someone help me i have no clue whats happening, hardware fail? software crap? i miss something? help.... thanks guys
