Define "best". Do you have a budget? If you can spend whatever you like, then get an R9 295X2, it doesn't get any better than that.

If you ARE on a budget, then crossfire R9 290s are the fastest bang for the buck solution available. A single one is enough for high settings, crossfire will max out everything.

The best? Would be 2x R9 295X2s or 4x R9 290Xs, but obviously that's pretty absurd. What's your budget for the graphics card(s)? Or more importantly what's the budget for the entire system and what do you have planned thus far? Also what resolution will the triple monitors run at? 5760x1080?

I am going to build a amd computer and run a triple monitor set up what is the best graphics card to run this aslo whould it be any use to use crossfire

R9 290. No crossfire.  It will easily handle a 3-monitor setup.

For instance I have a triple monitor setup and two 290x's and I can ultra things like BF4 and anything else I can think of above 60FPS. also at higher resolution OP will need to remember to turn down his AA settings to x2/x4 as any higher is not needed at 5760x1080p
