my laptop screen is broken

sooo, my lenovo flex 14 screen kept flickering with white lines, it's really bothering me, there's a warning that graphics driver crashed but it flickers almost all the time. maybe it's the ribbon cable connecting it to the screen... but i don't know. what do you guys think?

Could you connect an external display? Just to be sure it's not the actual graphics card of the laptop that's having the problem?

...did you overclock the gpu? Either way try reinstalling the graphics drivers and try older versions too.

Try drivers and external display but also try shutting down the laptop and leaving it turns of for twelve hours or so, a friend was having similar problems with his dell and this worked for him.

Connect an external screen. If it is your laptop display, I can help you through replacing it. Worth mentioning that  with a laptop of that kind the lvds cable sometimes simply slips loose. Very common. But generally that causes black lines, but we'll look into it anyway if your screen panel is the culprit.
