[F@H] Extreme GPU Usage Fluctuation

As you can see in the photos above, no this is not a glitch, this is actually my GPU usage fluctuating. I'm monitoring in multiple programs such as GPU-Z and HWiNFO64.

As a result, a WU with 34K credit is taking two days where before it would have taken 1.33 days or so. Although my 620 is acting up, too.

Hyper 212 Evo

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3

8 GB Kingston DDR3 1.333 GHz (2x4GB)

Intel HD Graphics 4600/PNY NVIDIA GeForce GT 620/ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 DCUII

2x Kingston SSDNow V+200 in R0, 1x Seagate Barracuda 1 TB.
