how often will i have to change my reservoir, & will i have to replace the water running through the tubes & if yes how to remove water from the tubes ?

Generally not often. Just watch for cloudiness. Depending on what you use, you might need a biocide. Depending on your loop setup, draining can be easy or hard. For convince, you could add a t line on the bottom of the loop for quick draining, or use quick disconnects.
