Coolermaster Silent Fans...

I've been looking at these fans for awhile but I really don't know if the specs are real or not... Opinions?

too loud, had this fans before

2000rpm is never ever silent! If you want something quiet go with max 1000rpm

CoolerMaster fans are genereally meh and quite loud. There are plenty of brands that are much better than them.

 

As for this specific fan it's quite loud

i had 2 of these a while ago, they are very loud indeed
