Computer can't connect to router

I've been away for 2 days and found out my computer can't connect to the router, it was always fine before. The problem is there's no yellow indicator led at the io panel and in the router, so I assume it was the cable. I've been asking people at home, nobody move the cable, I also checked it and it is all fine.

 

I also download a lot of torrent lately, but I have done several scan with AVG and malwarebytes, still not the solution.

 

Usually by doing all of the above fixed my connection issues, I really have no clue for this one.

Right, if you right click the Network icon in the bottom right and click "Troubleshoot Problems" and see if that fixes your problem

Well that's probably the first thing everyone will do, which I did, but still a no go for that.

Do you simply have no internet connection or can't you access the router at all? Try restarting the router, using a different cable, use a different port, etc.

go into cmd and reset your dns and reconfigure ip.

He has no link light. If there's no link light there's no link. Try a different port on the router. Try a different computer on the port.

1. Try your computer in another switch

2. Try another device in the same port of the switch

3. Try with another cable

 

- If it's one of the ports identify which one it is, try cleaning it with a q-tip and some cleaning alcohol. If that doesn't work replace it

- If it's the cable get a new cable
