OKEE NOW WHEN I CLICK ON CHROME IN MY TASK BAR IT DOESNT EVEN OPEN... I HAVE TO RIGHT CLICK THEN CLICK ON SOMETHING THAT WAS IN RECENT TABS.

 

 

 

 

CAPS ARE NECESSARY IM READY TO BASH MY HEAD AGAINST MY CLOSET DOOR.

Steam does this to me. I can't open it unless I right click then click Library or something. It's weird.

Thats exactly what happens to my origin. not that i use it very often

Try taking the current one off your taskbar, making a new shortcut, then open it from there and add that one to your taskbar.

Try reinstalling Chrome and make sure you remove all temp files that Chrome leaves over before installing, this is one of the reason I don't use Chrome. :rolleyes:

its not chrome. i stupidly messed with things and screwed it up
