$700-$800 Gaming Laptop for a friend.

Hi, I'm trying to find the right laptop for a friend and he wants the laptop to:
  - Available in the US (What's not?)

  - Be $700-$800 (Not too stretchable)
  - Have a screen size of 14"-15.6", smaller is better

  - Be able to play League of Legends and Planetary Annihilation at medium settings with around 45+ FPS (I'm not sure if getting this with PA is unreasonable or not, don't have a good idea on price to performance of laptops)
  - Have a 120GB SSD (This is preferable, but if necessary, can be swapped out for a 1TB HDD)

  - Possibly have red/white backlit keys
  - He won't be doing much other than gaming and browsing
  - Speakers are not a big concern, he uses headphones

  - Does not care about touch screens

  - Battery life is not a big concern as long as it isn't unreasonably low; most of the time it's plugged in.

  - Preferably Black, he likes sharp edges, curved corners (Like the G550JK but who doesn't like it)

  - Not too bulky

Sorry for the long text(not really) and thanks in advance!  I'll update this thread if I forgot anything.

EDIT: It seems that Planetary Annihilation has been reported to use a lot of RAM (between 4-8)  This is probably caused by the game being in beta though.

Thanks for all the information.

I don't mean to rush you, but I hope you haven't forgotten about this thread?

I did my bad, I will get on it now. A suggestion is go to sites like Tiger Direct, Amazon, and Newegg and use there filter and sort tools. Also use CNET.

He wants a laptop but. Surface Pro 3 with Type Cover would suffice. :P

Anyway, don't take SP3 for gaming, just joking, but it COULD be done.

It is compatible with his wishes. :P

No worries, thanks for the help!  I'm probably going with the Acer Aspire V7-582PG-6479 you listed.
