Ok if i connect it i will see it in computer tap ?

Yea if you insert your hard drive at the top it would show up in your OS/UEFI if you plugged every thing in properly.

I have now thermaltake v9 black edition i have hard drive in the top like this

When i put drive in the top nothing happen in my pc i try Two types of hard drive i put them but but nothing happen please i need help how i can make the drive work in the top

Make sure the cable is properly connected

Make sure your Sata power and cable connections to the hot swap bay are connected (power from the power supply and the sata cable from your bay to your motherboard) (also if applicable set the sata port that you plugged your bay into as hot swappable).
