Another vote for the Xigmatek Dark Knight II, I've got a system with an i5-3570k overclocked to 4.2 GHz and at load it only reaches 38 degrees Celsius.

proud owner of alienware 13 with graphic amplifier and also a alienware X51 gaming PC!!! really powerfulL!!
