Ok so I bought a MSI 680 Lightning from Ebay and plugged it in and there is no screen no display no anything but the card works in another MOBO I  have laying around.

I took it to a Computer store and they said it was the PSU so I bought a ToughPower XT Gold 1275, still nothing help me please

Did you uninstall your old GPU drivers before plugging the card in?

Uninstall all AMD software through the AMD catalyst and then uninstall through the device manager?
