Hi there, I've recently built my own gaming PC and I've just started to have this little problem: I have dual monitors and seem to have this flickering on my secondary monitor, it does like a little cut for about 2-3 seconds, I've updated all drivers and still no luck. I'm running a ASUS R7 260X and it's great, just this problem. I've attached a photo below to show what the flickering is.

Try reseating the cable? Or using a different one?

My thought is the moniter might not have a good enough power source  but im probably wrong

Switch the cable from the monitor that is working with the one that isn't and see if the problem changes to the other monitor if so you just need a new cable.

maybe try a different graphics card (that you know for sure is working) if you have one availible.

All the usual troubleshooting steps have been said.. so this might sound a little far off but you might want to check the refresh rate that you're running at and see if your monitors support it.
