CPU -GPU Temps

It is fine. What are you using to monitor your temps? What cooler do you have on your CPU and GPU? They seem abnormally low...

I am guessing those temps are ion Celsius and yea that's not too, hot.

That seems exorbitant low lol :D. What are you using to measure your temps? Try with open hardware monitor or HWMonitor.

General room of thumb. Anything below 80C on your CPU is fine and anything below 90C on your GPU is fine. There are some GPUs that can run a bit hotter like the R9 290/x and the GTX 480 but those cards are kinda made with high temps in mind.
