How much does it cost for a high grade 8 GB ram kit and for a 16 GB ram kit?

The reason for this is that i get explainable blue screens even after i restore the computer to factory settings.

It's more likely to be a broken motherboard than a broken ram module.

For 1600 MHz and best CAS available, you're looking at these:

But I agree the problem is probably the motherboard or you need to remount the RAM/GPU/Wireless/Sound/other cards (maybe try other slots).
