Ok, ive had a problem every step of the way making this computer, my specs are Rampage iv black. 4930k, hyperx 120gb SSD, 3tb WD green HDD, 8gb kingston hyperX beast ram, EVGA 750g PSU.

First i had ubuntu running on my system, it worked fine, but that was only untilll i could afford a copy of windows, now that i finally bought a copy of windows 8.1 OEM system builder. The first thing i did was erase the SSD straight from the bios, then i put the windows DVD in, and it booted up fine, got to the FIRST windows logo, the mouse spun, and it restarted, it does this over and over and over, it never installs, or lets me get past the first windows splash screen....i dont know why, ive tried alot, ive tried to unplug my 3tb HDD, all my perephials, cuz i herd people say that on some websites.

The crazy thing is i have found this problem all over the internet, nobody has a real concrete answer how to fix it, plz if anyone has fixed this LET ME KNOW ASAP. PLZzzz

You can just edit a post if you want to add text instead of making a new post.

Try to google "BIOS loop".
