GPu problem

Soooo today i hopped on to play bf3 and i experienced hardcore stuttering. After about a minute of just feeling like 600 ping and about 2 fps i black screened.So i restarted my PC and tryed again. This time the same thing happened but i left before the black screen.I got a error saying repair game or something so i did the steps and it happened again. Then i opened msi afterburner and it showed 99 percent then a spike to 17 then 99 spike to 17 on load. So anyclue what this means? I dont have any other graphically challenging games to test. i only have civ 5. Also PC slow now. might be my internet.

 

EDIT: Just ran bf3 again for about 2 min and afterburner was dead for a while then one spike then dead and one spike.
