how to DL GMod maps

so i want to play some Gmod murder and it doesn't actually download the maps......

how do i download them? do i need CS:S for stuff like this?

I downloaded the textures off some website (I don't remember exactly which), just Google (or use whichever other search engine you like) "CounterStrike source textures Garrys Mod" or something and you should be able to download a folder with all of the textures to stick in your steam library.
