BIOS Update Problem..need help please.

I have a maximus VI Gene z87 motherboard and i have not yet bought any cpu, so am planly to buy the new i7-4790K processor. So i went to Asus site and i saw this: "Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool."   :huh: 
can somebody help me and explain me how to do this. TY  :) .

follow like the video

 

you will need to download the bios for your mobo model

 

rename the file to M6G.CAP

 

get a thumbdrive and format it to Fat32

 

dump the file into the thumbdrive and follow how the video is done

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
