If you're going to use that PC for gaming you should consider a different monitor. 8 Ms response time isn't the best for gaming. I'd go for under 5.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Why don't you get a 4690k? It is out and it has been improved over the 4670k...unless that list is your current setup? Then nevermind on this. :)

it doesn't matter.

 

 

that price is a bit high (very high) for a typical 1080p IPS. Maybe there's some magic in there I missed, or maybe the price is more competitive to other monitors in Jamaica.

totally agree with that combo and apparently the lighting is fairly bright so you shouldnt have an issue seeing at night! that is until you look away from the monitor and everything is pitch black :P

It has the worlds thinnest bezel. Dell uses that for price jacking/it's just expensive.

And yea, apparently it can be a little tough to see the keys at night with the LEDs off but you know that's the point of the LEDs. Who would turn them off? :P

for that much look at getting a korean 1440p imported.

Why does everyone talk about Korean monitors? Are they just cheap or something?

They're rejected panels that nearly made QC. They're an extremely good bargain so long as you don't get a DOA or damaged one.

and no return policy I'm guessing? And what would be the biggest issues for them not making QC?
