r9 270x runs bf4 on ultra. so go down from there. 750ti would suit your needs.

Nothing maxes out everything at 1080p. What you linked is quite worse than what I suggested and would definitely not be able to max out most games. It should play most games at high just fine though. 

 

By the way, what will it be able to play and at what graphics?

Just look up 270x benchmarks and whatever games you're interested in.
