Multiple Displays question

Is it possible to have a 4k monitor and another 1080p panel on the side. I plan on getting a 4k monitor pretty soon but I also want to buy a 1080p panel for other things while I am playing a game or browsing the internet. Is this possible to do on an Nvidia card.
