3 things to consider: First, get a dual channel kit of 8GB 1600MHz CL9. By going dual channel over a single DIMM, there is a lower chance for any stability issues. Second, cut back on the HDD to something like Seagate Barracudas or WD Blues (whichever is cheaper at the time of purchase). Finally, step up the CPU to a 4690K and the mobo for a similar price-point Z97 board.

For the PSU, if you plan on staying with a single card, a CX500M from Corsair should be sufficient. If you plan on SLI, any 80+ 750W PSU should do fine.

Stay away from the CX Series they aren't that great of PSU's. Go with an XFX Core Edition PRO650W, Cooler Master V650, or Rosewill CAPSTONE-650-M. These are the best power supplies for the money, and wont break the bank either.
