Why not go with a water cooled gpu as well? http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=03G-P4-2889-KR

Do you plan on including an ssd?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Couldn't find it on Amazon, and it would put me Over Budget. I may just wait for a 780 ti Poesidan. I don't know tho.

And I do not plan on including an SSD at this time. It seems a bit to expensive for me.

A ssd makes a bigger difference than every other part upgrade combined in terms of system usabilility. With $2500 USD, you easily have more than enough for a ssd.

I'd suggest planning later though. ~2-3 days at most before you buy. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.
