Moms new workstation

My moms current PC is using a old dual core intel CPU, Windows Vista 32bit with 3gigs of RAM.

 

Yeah time for an upgrade.

 

Heres the PC I plan to make for her (of course she will buy the parts lol)

 

Anything I have wrong here?

Should be fine as a workstation build

No budget that I know of but it looked like anything else would be overkill for web browsing and Microsoft office. lol

hows this? you can hold onto the gpu for yourself or do duel graphics

How will she use this workstation? What software will she be using? Does she really need a discreet GPU?

Browsing web, Microsoft office, No video editing, No photo editing.  the GPU is a spare I have and wont ever touch cause, Nvidia FTW.

650WAT is overkill imo, Intel is more energy efficient and this looks like a downgrade to me, and Windows 8? No. Her laptop came with 8, She couldn't live with it.

i was looking through the 500w psu's and this was the cheapest so there's no reason to not get it and quit fanboying the 7850k will beat an i3 easily. well just switch to windows 7 then 8's just because it has more features

No. Her laptop came with 8, She couldn't live with it. 

Has she tried using StartIsBack, ClassicShell, etc?
