Is there any way to resize the interface in Civ 5 so it's not tiny at 4k?

I'm playing Civ 5 in 4k and the interface is absolutely puny.. Anybody know if there's any way I can make it bigger?

Use the Windows 8 touch screen mode when launching the game. It makes the text almost TOO big though...

It didn't do anything.. Is there something else I have to do in it?

Really? For me in really make everything A LOT bigger.

Maybe that feature doesn't work at 4K. I know it does a 1080p

You might just have to run it at a lower resolution
