Booting to UEFI

Hey everyone, I've had a bit of an annoying problem lately.  Every time I power up, the system boots straight to the UEFI.

The system will only boot to windows if i choose discard changes and exit.  If I save and exit, it boots back to the UEFI.

 

I have tried switching keyboards thinking that the bios key was stuck, but to no avail.

 

some info:

 

• Windows 7 64bit

• Using the latest bios version for my mobo

maybe you have data corruption, because ssds arent that safe and the kingston v300 is much worse

Shouldve tried this early on, and it worked.  Thanks.  It was probably something in the bios i had changed that was mucking things up.

All of the settings in the BIOS like the time, boot drives and overclocking shizzle.
