Hello

I was wondering if anyone know how I can reduce my memory usage, it has been extremely high for a few days, sometimes maxing out at 15.7GB (I have 16GB).

My system is:

i5 3570K oc'ed to 4.05Ghz (at this point in time)

16GB of RAM 2133Mhz (lowered to 1867 by AI Suite "Extreme Overclock)

Asus P8Z77-V Pro

Windows 8.1

The only things I have running is Google Chrome (with 6 tabs open, for example, BattleLog, Gmail, Youtube, etc.), Skype and Spotify. Without me opening anything else my RAM usage is slowly increasing. While I have been typing this, the usage has gone up by 1GB.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.

Cheers

(Photos attached are showing some of the processes and RAM usage).

I have just done a quick scan (using Avast!), it found nothing. I even had it scan rootkits, auto start and modules loading in memory. I also did what Levent said, and it seems that Chrome is the main problem.
