First gaming build today!

So today I am going to build my first gaming system.

Saving up for 3-5 years witouth a job is harder then it looks.

I currently am not at home right now so posting my specs will happen later on.

 

Anyways my question is what are somethings to look out for?

It wont be my first time building a PC I've build about 3-5 PC's before but are there any major diffrences between a non-gaming pc and a gaming pc during the build?

Except for the obviouse Graphics Card of course.

 

And do you guys have any tips on what and how to approach things, I will have my laptop on me the whole time I'm building so if I dont know what to do I can google(yay).

Welcome! Make sure to ground yourself to avoid static. Either by touching something metal now and then or using a anti-static wrist band. Don't forget to download the latest drivers for everything once your PC is up and running. Do a components check outside the case, you can use the motherboard box as a base.
