since you can have any nickname you want and that is the one that is used in multiplayer games, can there be 2 people playing the same game with the same names?

I don't see why not. The only thing I could think of is that the game recognizes it and changes one of the names to something else.

Yes, but it puts a little (2) next to it on your friends list. In games I don't know if it does it or not
