Uninstalled 780 cant boot need quick response

So i removed all of the drivers, removed the GPU plugged into the igp and now it boots to the bios, tries to keep going and returns to bios. any ideas?

If clearing bios like dev said doesnt work then check and make sure you didnt bump your drive cables when uninstalling the 780.

I tried both. I put the card back in and it booted no problem. Uninstalled, cleaned out all the drivers, and plugged it in to the IGP and its doing it again
