HELP! Windows blue screen

I've gotten this error message and nothing will happen http://imgur.com/ChmGXt4

First step to solving:Follow your own problem topic to get notified when you get a reply here.

 

Prerequisites aside if you can boot from a bootable Linux USB/CD than you can grab the the dump file from your HDD and A:put it on an external storage device (external HDD, USB drive etc) and than use a functioning computer to view the file and troubleshoot accordingly OR you could upload that file to something like Dropbox and put link in this thread to there so the community and download it and look at it.

OK i'll try to make a bootable Linux device from my mom's pc
