I'm thinking about making a machine with these features 

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I still have to search a good watercooling system

 

money is not a problem. 
and this is basically a pc for gaming and movies

Even if money isn't a problem, this build is a total waste of money for only gaming and movies. 

 

If you want a build that's still powerful and overkill for your purpose but cheaper you can make some changes.

CPU: i7 4790K

MOBO: Asus Maximus Hero/Formula (Formula not out yet) VII 

RAM: 16GB's 1866 Mhz

GPU: 2x R9 290X's

PSU: Corsair AX860i

 

The rest is up to you.
