nice speeds what cards are you running???

I got it to work but the only problem is that on cgminer it says i am getting anywhere between 600 and 700 k/hash a second and on the website for the pool I am using it says I am only getting 7 k/hash a second. Does anybody know why this is.m

it is normal the pools website only shows an estimate of your Kh/sec,  give it time, it will go up eventually.

Looking around,

bla bla bla this, meh that!

Ok thanks man I appreciate it. I am running a single 7970 with the memory at 1550mhz and the core clock at 1000mhz. I plan to get another if the litecoin mining looks good and pays out what it should.

if your power bill is low, it should be a decent profit in mining.... considering the work we do! hehe

Keep your mem at stock or lower. Get that core clock way up, you can push the core a lot further with less volts than you need to make it game stable.

I use gui for Bitcoins, I know I should use cg, but gui is just too easy. It saves my info and it just works.

litecoin relies on memory more than core clock speed I heard

The litecoin site I use is still saying my worker on cgminer is not running at all. Its so weird. On cgminer it says I am running at about 650k/hash a second and on the site it says the workers are not even working sometimes. Does anybody know why this is. Thanks

Are you getting hardware errors or stales? Post a screenshot of cgminer if you don't know where to look.

You have hardware errors, are you using the settings that I posted in your .bat file? If not what are your settings?

try what I posted earlier   --thread-concurrency 8192 --shaders 2048 --intensity 13 --worksize 256 -g 2

your high intensity is causing your hardware errors

This is what my cgminer looks like now I have put in those settings. I think this is ok and it seems to be straining the gpu less.

Looks good. :D  your hash rate on the pool should show up right now. You can try tweaking your settings from there. You want your memory clocked high, but the ratio to core speed can make a difference, try small changes like 1020/1550. Also try thread concurrency 24768 works well for me on some cards. Change one thing at a time and see what happens.

Thanks a lot man I will tweak away and see what happens.
