8350 vs 4770k

Right now I have an fx 8120 that won't go last 4Ghz, I have enough money to buy a 4770k and a new motherboard, or an 8350 with a new psu and a h100i. I mainly game with a little bit of video editing. Which would be the best option?

Get 8350 ~ it will help you in Video Editing and you can OC it with H100i. Don't go for i7 yet.

None do not buy anything,save the money you have and buy next year Broadwell from intel i7 on 14nm for sure they will be alot better,for now 8120 at 4ghz is more than enough for everything gaming and editing.Dont buy 4770k,if you are going to buy anyway and ignore advice then buy the 4790k Devil canyon that comes out this month seriously... dont buy 4770k..

And whatever you DO NOT buy another 8350 facepalm...just trust me its waste of money.

I agree, don't buy anything. Going to the 8350 is hardly an upgrade, not worth the money. And switching to Intel, even if you went for an i5 is an upgrade, but not enough of one to warrant spending close to $300. Stick with what you have until you are unsatisfied with performance, then upgrade. If you play MMOs, maybe reconsider switching to Intel. I wouldn't.
