Steam Wallet Confusion

so the summer sale is full swing and i for some reason wanted the summer sale badge so i put my card on steam and bought $20 for my steam wallet. i then promptly bought the cards and changed my payment method to a different card to prevent any family members from using my bank card. well now the transaction doesnt show up on my bank card nor does it show up on the other card and the transaction that was pending no longer is there. did i just spend $20 from valve or not? im confused anyone wanna help i dont really like cheating people out of money and i feel like i have. Did I also should i email valve about this?

yea i bought the cards with the funds i added to my steam wallet thats the only way to buy them but i did also do the verify now option and verified my card with steam so i could use it. im confused maybe i should just leave it for the night and see if the charges reappear my bank might have had a problem i mean wouldnt be the first time, but its just unusual

I'd write to support. I've heard you can "supposedly" get banned for things like this.
