Kraken x60 bottom mounted, cannot screw

hi guys,

 

My case has enough place to fit the kraken x60 at the bottom but unfortunately i do not think i will be able to screw it (maybe 1)

Is it a big issue if i dont screw it?

You're probably going to get more vibration from the fans and stuff, but as long as it doesn't really move I guess you're ok. Why can't you screw it (in)?

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

As long as your case isnt being moved around it will be fine. Just make sure there is some rubber pad between the x60 and the case to prevent vibrations :)

it will be push pull so i guess ill have to find some rubber pad for the fan themselves

Some foam stuck to the corners will work as vibration dampening :)
