Installing new GPU

What is the best way to install a new gpu? I'm thinking to install the old drivers, take out old card, replace with new card, then reinstall the nvidia client? Or can I simply just plug in the new card and it will figure things out? I'm going from a zotac 760 to am EVGA 780

I always uninstall old drivers then swap cards and then go to Manufactures website to get the new drivers

Take out the old card, put the new one, open geforce experience(download it if you don't have it),search for drivers,done.

Uninstall old drivers, replace card, install new ones.

Always use the latest drivers. If you have issues try the beta version, or downgrade to an older version until you find one that works :)
