2 questions

im having bad fps while using fraps so here is 2 questions to see if it can help:

1. can i use the h.264 gpu encoder 

2. if so is it better than teh cpu and does it interfere with the gpus perfomance

any help will be appriciated

You need an Nvidia kepler gpu (GTX600 series and up)

No it does not reduce your GPU's performance by more than a couple fps.
